Welcome to clickReno. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.clickreno.ca (the "Site") and the services provided by clickReno ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Services Provided

clickReno specializes in "refresh" kitchen renovations. Our services are strictly limited to the replacement of:

  • Exposed cabinetry (doors and drawer fronts)

  • Countertops

  • Backsplashes

  • Sinks and Faucets

  • Cabinet Hardware

Scope Limitation: Our services do not include structural changes, electrical rewiring, plumbing relocation, or changes to the existing footprint/functionality of the kitchen. We work within the existing layout provided by the client.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, clickReno owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site, including logos, text, images, and design elements. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate any content without our express written consent.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing tools or "instant quotes" provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and constitute non-binding estimates. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection, material selection, and a formal signed contract. clickReno reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual site conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

  • Causes damage to the Site or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Site.

  • Is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

  • Involves the transmission of unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clickReno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our renovation services. While we strive for "fast and affordable" delivery, clickReno is not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, shipping, or unforeseen site conditions.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., hardware suppliers or Euro-style cabinetry manufacturers). We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites and accept no responsibility for them.
