Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. The 10-Day Statutory "Cooling-Off" Period
In accordance with the Alberta Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel this contract without reason or penalty within 10 days of receiving a signed copy of the agreement.

To cancel, you must provide written notice to hello@clickreno.ca.

If you cancel within this 10-day window, clickReno will refund your entire deposit within 15 days of receiving your notice.
2. Cancellation After 10 Days
If you wish to cancel your project after the 10-day cooling-off period has expired, the following terms apply to cover our administrative and material costs:

Administrative Fee: A non-refundable fee of $1,500 will be retained to cover project planning and site measurements.

Custom Material Orders: Because your cabinetry faces and countertops are custom-made to your kitchen's specific measurements, any materials already ordered or in production at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

Work in Progress: If work has already commenced on-site, the Client is responsible for the cost of all labor performed and materials installed up to the moment of cancellation
3. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to hello@clickreno.ca. Please include:

Date of the original contract
4. Cancellation by clickRen
We reserve the right to cancel a project if the site conditions are found to be structurally unsound, if there is a safety risk to our team (e.g., discovery of mold or asbestos), or if the kitchen does not meet the "Euro-style" technical requirements outlined in our initial assessment. In such cases, any unspent portion of your deposit will be refunded.
