You have a full 2-week cooling-off period as per the Alberta Buyer’s Right to Cancel after confirming your order and paying your deposit. During this time, you can cancel with no charges or penalties. After the cooling-off period, orders are sent to manufacturers and become non-refundable.

Before the 2-week cooling-off period ends, absolutely. After that, orders go to our vendors and changes become difficult and costly. That's why we give you the full two weeks to be certain.

Yes. We carry $5 million in general liability insurance, we're licensed with the City of Calgary, licensed for prepayments with the Province of Alberta, and bonded for prepayments. We're also registered with the Better Business Bureau and members of both CHBA and RenoMark.
